G7eleven Trunk Update in 3CX

If you are running the most up to date build of 3CX version 8, then you need to also update the G7eleven trunk before connecting to our SIP trunk service.    Several improvements have been made by the team at 3CX to our predefined settings.

Simply check the box, and update….    then add your trunk.

Hi from the UK!   Today the g7eleven team are attending the 3CX training in the UK. 

 

So far, so good!   We are here learning about the new features of 3CX version 8.x, the new iPhone look and feel client, the new phone provisioning system etc…

 

One thing that seems to be being discussed is the whole Quality of Service issue, and the fact that we at g7eleven seem to be less affected than most other 3CX partners.   The reason, simple….   we specialise in QOS, router configuration and ensuring our clients always get the proper VoIP configuration.   Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the normal!   It seems that most 3CX dealers are simply throwing in phone systems and not doing any QOS / TOS tagging and therefore having clients that are getting dropped calls.   Obviously not good!

 

So…   remember….  if you want 3CX, decent VoIP quality, and a technically able staff, choose g7eleven!

3CX Version 8 – RC2

Following on from the release of RC1, the team at 3CX have released RC2 today.

There are some outstanding updates in this release, not least the addition of G7Eleven as an official VoIP provider for 3CX.   The template will be included for new users in Ireland whom wish to sign up with our service easily.

Over the coming weeks we will be providing more information on our VoIP service so make sure to sign up to the RSS feed!
