Recently G7eleven were chosen to provide a solution for Cashel Healthcare, a new medical centre situated in Cashel, County Tipperary, Ireland.
As part of the job, two existing medical centres were merging. G7eleven managed the entire move of the existing Analog Eircom phone systems attached to Eircom landlines to a total Voice over IP solution.
3CX
As the new health centre required brand new handsets, and VoIP solution, the best solution for this setup was a new 3CX Windows based phone system. As Irelands only 3CX Premium Partner, along with being the only officially supported Irish 3CX trunk provider, this solution would be an easy choice for Cashel Healthcare.

The 3CX System allows Cashel Healthcare staff to monitor calls & also log calls against customer records held in Microsoft Outlook. Also, the built in chat feature in the software allows admin staff to maintain constant non-verbal contact with the doctors in the surgery.
Porting
As part of G7eleven’s migration, we also “hand held” Cashel Healthcare through the porting process which is almost instantaneous and performed within 48 hours of a signed request. Obviously this service means a confidence in the changeover to a VoIP system.
