Last month the team here at G7eleven found a bug with the 3CX Patton 4114 template on Irish landlines. This bug causes the Patton to not hang up the lines correctly after a user finishes a call. Unil now….
Here is a fixed template for the unit. Hopefully 3CX will include this in an update to V8 shortly, but this will help you in the mean time.
