g7eleven staff attend UK 3CX training

Hi from the UK! Today the g7eleven team are attending the 3CX training in the UK.
So far, so good! We are here learning about the new features of 3CX version 8.x, the new iPhone look and feel client, the new phone provisioning system etc…
One thing that seems to be being discussed is the whole Quality of Service issue, and the fact that we at g7eleven seem to be less affected than most other 3CX partners. The reason, simple…. we specialise in QOS, router configuration and ensuring our clients always get the proper VoIP configuration. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the normal! It seems that most 3CX dealers are simply throwing in phone systems and not doing any QOS / TOS tagging and therefore having clients that are getting dropped calls. Obviously not good!
So… remember…. if you want 3CX, decent VoIP quality, and a technically able staff, choose g7eleven!
